Originally created as a Mother’s day gift for a very
special aunt; the first Orkital™ planter was designed and
fabricated by hand using reclaimed aluminum and aerospace manufacturing techniques to form an ideally suited
environment in which orchids could thrive.

Imitating the natural course of rainfall and rehydration of a
tropical land; this planter was engineered to be both aesthetically
pleasing to the modern eye, as well as effortless to maintain.

Today, the Orkital Cube+Tray™ is still made by skilled artisans
just as I had many years prior; but with the addition of more finishes, features, and shapes.

Now, it’s been more than eight years of blossoming for my
dear aunt’s planter and it is her wish that I share it with the
rest of the world.

I hope to bring much joy to all who receive an Orkital™ and
that fostering orchids and other flora will enrich their lives as my aunt has enriched mine.
